Baking with my mother is one of the earliest memories I have. The recipes that started as a family tradition evolved from a hobby, to a passion and finally, a career. It was not until my junior year of college while studying in Florence, Italy that I had the opportunity to take my first professional baking class. It was then that I knew I wanted to pursue a career in pastries.  After graduating with a degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management and a minor in Studio Art, I packed up my bags and move to Austin, Texas to attend Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. After completing the pastry arts program, I have been fortunate enough to work for very talented chefs and business owners who have built their companies from the ground up.  Since starting my career I have held different join titles from lead decorator and head baker, to front of the house positions such as managing a catering retail outlet and cafe.  Whether I am personally creating the pastries in the kitchen or I am working directly with the clients, creating the best quality product and customer experience is what I strive for at the end of each day.
